With over 25 years combined experience in the cultural travel industry, Alex and Lucy are passionate about working with clients to create bespoke and engaging itineraries. We work very closely with development teams, curators and museum directors to facilitate trips which complement each institution’s individual interests and ethos.
Alex Witcomb, Director
Alex is a highly skilled and extremely sociable arts travel expert, with twenty years experience in the cultural travel industry and a wealth of experience running art trips across the globe for some of the leading museums and cultural institutions in the world.
A speaker of fluent Italian and competent German and French, Alex worked for a leading British contemporary sculpture foundation, before working for one of the UK’s most successful cultural tour operators on their trips throughout Italy and Germany. Subsequently, he began to work with arts institutions on carefully planned international trips for their patrons and high-level donor groups, leading trips for them throughout Europe, the US, Mexico, Japan, China, South Korea, the Middle East, West Africa and a range of more unusual arts destinations.
Lucy Keeling, Director
Lucy’s background as an auction house specialist and later in the V&A’s Philanthropy team affords her a strong art-historical foundation and deep understanding of institution-patron relationships. Since 2019, Lucy has continued her passion for the arts from the patron travel side, creating bespoke, complex tour itineraries to destinations worldwide. A charismatic and warm tour leader with meticulous attention to detail, Lucy provides an exceptionally personal and seamless experience, supporting clients from the initial conversation right through to post-tour debrief.
